Two problems existed in this home. One the washroom was only accessible through exiting outdoors. The second problem was the living space needed enlarging as the home’s dated floor plan only provided a living room with space to relax or entertain family and friends.
Pullen designed a plan that converted the original carport into a spacious family room. Pullen also reconstructed and merged the exterior washroom into an interior room accessible from the homeowner’s kitchen. The completion of this project afforded the luxury of added living space and modernization.
